CRM is committed to providing products and services that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement through use of lean techniques, six-sigma principles, and operator led process control.

Our major objectives in meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations include and are measured by:

  1. Quality performance: Measured by FPY in molding and RMA data.
  2. Delivery performance: On-Time-Delivery as measured by our performance to ship dates( tracked in shipping).
  3. OLPC: As measured by the number of operator led initiatives and operated managed processes.
